- Designed and developed several VB projects with Sybase, Access and VBA to help maintain, enhance or add new functionality to existing production applications for the Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Equity & Commodities Groups.
- Worked with Traders and Managers and was involved in the entire SDLC.
- Was also a lead developer and managed a team of 3 programmers.
- Assisted in the roll-out of a new Trading System, MacGregor, across MLIM and AMG-NA departments.

- Porting over all existing 16-bit VB & Access apps, re-designing where needed, to VB 6.0 environment. Mapping and drawing out relationships between old Btrieve Objects and new Sybase Objects.

- App interfaced with Portia (a Portfolio Management System), Sybase v11.2 & Access 97.
- Designed and developed PEXTRACT, Portia Trade Extractor, an ActiveX EXE in VB 5.0, later ported to VB 6.0.
- Responsible for writing specs., coding in VB, creating stored procedures in Sybase, creating documentation, maintaining application and supporting users, monitoring the NT Server running this component
- Designed and developed MMTURBO, a Trades Processing System, designed to assist with the Short Term Money Market Trades processing with DST.

- Application was a 3-tier Client/Server app. with the middle tier designed using VB 4.0 - 16 Bit, to interface with a Btrieve DB and extract data into a local Access 2.0 DB. The Front-End was written in VB 5.0 and it interfaced with the middle tier which resided on a remote server via COM using Automation Manager.
- Reports were created as Excel Spreadsheets using VBA.
