Developed and deployed statistical process control (SPC) applications in C# .Net for factory automation of wafer manufacturing operations. These applications record real time measurements to a SQL Server database, control movement of wafer carriers, draw graphs, provide automated alarms for out of control conditions, place factory tools on hold, and run Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs). Developed and scheduled complex ETLs that use C# and ADO.NET LINQ to query SQL Server, DB2, and other data sources.
