• Australian startup requested an MVP (Minimum viable product) to allow them to pitch a working site to a local incubator. Their idea was to allow job applicants to be tested on skills by other people. This would be done via webcam and chat. The tech stack again was AngularJS with WebSockets for the chat communication between users as well as various events in the application (Quiz start, pause, and resume). For webcam communication I integrated TokBox which is a WebRTC api that allows peer to peer video sessions between website visitors. OAUTH integration was also completed with Facebook, Gmail, Windows Live, and Twitter to lower the barrier for user signup.
• Served as a project liaison to the Confidential China and Confidential Korea teams for much of the initial development of the countries sites. I was the main communications link with the overseas team and local resources inside Confidential US, and I would dispatch and follow up on requests by teams on either side.
• Integrated the Resource Content Manager with Confidential corporate Active Directory servers. Required unique account delegation to allow authenticated web users access to other corporate servers (Team Foundation Server, In - house AD-authenticated Servers, etc) through their AD accounts.
• Implemented interstitials and international versions of areas such as schools, address book, and a wide variety of other areas of the Confidential codebase. Interstitials presented users with a choice of their localized version of Confidential, or the original US functionality. Tracked users choices and default ps through global IP lookup, cookies, and profile persistence.
