The application allows buyers and their agents to search MLS data, save searches, plan home tours, exchange notes about properties, track buyer favorites, follow-up communications among buyers, buyers agents, listing agents, and initiating and tracking transactions to completion.
It also helps agents conduct open houses and follow-up with visitors.
The site aggregates data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), GreatSchools, state licensing boards, and the Census Bureau, and displays data in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
Personally implemented agent/buyer registration and data scraping process for automatic populating profile information, site navigation.
Implemented search results page using custom Angular Google Maps directive.
Built Batch job for changing Database Addresses to Latitude and Longitude.
Built Script for populating tables using Multiple Listing Services API.
