Responsibilities:
- Formed and led Confidential ’s Rotational Software Engineering (Sustained Engineering) team, managing a remote vendor development and test team for its first year, serving as vendor manager, development lead and scrum master.
- Currently working for Swiss pharmaceutical company, where I designed and implemented enterprise data acquisition, ETL, central job scheduling and reporting tools.
- Also served as an Enterprise Architect am currently fill the role of ServiceNow Damand Analyst and Solutions Engineer.
- Developed the Confidential Download Manager client, Confidential ’s first public client-side winform application, complete with localized JavaScript and MSI setup packages.
- Assisted with shipping " Confidential ", an MMC-like .Net Winform application used by Confidential Operations staff to monitor and manage Confidential datacenters, services and applications.
- Shipped SkyNet, a .Net Windows Service that runs as an agent on Confidential production servers, executing various tasks and reporting status and health back to a central data warehouse using a variety of web services.
- Developed various production tools and scripts for Confidential Operations, many of which are still in use today.

- Assisted in creating Confidential ’s original “Debugger Team”, an elite group of escalation engineers who are called in when nobody else can solve a problem that is impacting production. o Facilitated and implemented early adoption of Windows NT 4.0, 2000, 2003, 2008 and related versions of IIS into Confidential production.
- Served as final escalation point within Confidential for server and application issues, escalating to Windows, IIS, CLR and SQL product groups and driving problem isolation and resolution on Confidential ’s behalf.
