- Designed and developed a Class Action Claims Administration application written in PowerBuilder while working at Confidential.
- Hired and trained 4 additional PowerBuilder developers to work with project managers as new projects were added to this platform.
- This application contained the following major components:
- Claims maintenance interface with an image viewer for modifying claimant information.
- Claims search engine with Advanced Search capabilities.
- Dynamic report viewer where datawindows were stored in database tables, which eliminated deployment when new reports were added.
- Call center interface for tracking claimant calls and FAQ answered during the call. Escalated calls would enter into a workflow until resolved.
