- Mainly coding hot-fixes and enhancements for a web application called “Customer Service Workstation”.
- It’s an application used by CSRs who answer phone inquiries from both members and providers.
- Fixes and enhancements include adding JavaScript to perform functions on the client side, versus the server side, tracking down and fixing causes of unhandled exceptions, adding new controls/fields to pages, etc.
- Wrote a new generic tool to use by other programmers to speed up Excel reports creation.
- The tool generates xml based on user input, which defines report layout, and database information like columns and stored procedure name/parameters.
