  • It’s an application used by CSRs who answer phone inquiries from both members and providers.
  • Fixes and enhancements include adding JavaScript to perform functions on the client side, versus the server side, tracking down and fixing causes of unhandled exceptions, adding new controls/fields to pages, etc.
  • Wrote a new generic tool to use by other programmers to speed up Excel reports creation.
