  • John was engaged on this Avanade project as the director to remediate a SCCM 2012 R2 migration that was done by a local consulting company. This was a short engagement to diagnose SCCM errors and remediate the problems. The major problems that existed were Distribution Point and Package/Application path adjustments.
  • While engaged John also built the Windows 7 image using MDT 2012 for XP to Windows 7 upgrade. A pilot of computers was used to test the USMT and Windows 7 migration from XP.
  • While John was the technical lead he also acted as the technical trusted advisor to the client. John led and adopted executive meetings to go over what was broken and how to fix it. John worked directly with the CTO and IT Director in discovery meetings to help resolve each issue found that Avanade needed to fix. During discovery meetings John and the CTO found other areas of the infrastructure that needed to get fixed.
