IT Help Desk Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Writes and maintains front end software for several important functions. Most of the projects below are ones that I, myself, saw a need for and I brought them to the table to save man hours.
  • VB.Net project that pipes data in from several outside SQL databases. Intermediate coding for the dynamically generated queries passed to the servers to pull real time data for the Help Desk Supervisor and VP of I.S. This saves the Supervisor one man hour daily.
  • C# code for real time monitoring of each store during the crucial nightly closeout process. Any problems are logged locally on their machines and can be monitored remotely with code.   • In charge of setting up items and maintaining all of the promotional menus for each store throughout the company and franchise stores. Each new promo gets new buttons and recipe items on the screens and I handle them remotely with WebEDM.
