The application generates live polls and live tally results with the use of Ajax library. All students are required to enter their student no. as their registration according to their respective College Department. This eliminates manual voting by paper and tallying. My role is the lead programmer and this awarded me with Meritorious Service Award by the University.

Summary Central Population System of Bahrain updated their system unifying all the information of all expatriate entering the country from work status work location as well as Health Information and history. My task is develop a program that would automatically register their captured image photograph from a simple digital camera to their respective profile automatically optimizing the image so that Oracle Database will accept it. The program is created with a vb.net module running in the background continuously and detecting every image capture optimizing it then inserting it into oracle database which is readily accessible at run-time by the employers or any govt. agency

Summary During the data migration and transition to a new Healthcare Information System platform patient information needs to be transferred from old Database to the new DB2 and Oracle DB direct migration is not possible since link between the old DB is obsolete. Screen capture program captures the live output of the Patient Registration Number as entered by the user which then query the information to the old DB and downloads the information to the temporary Access file which is then migrated to the New Database with the help of a .net program running in the background this eliminates re-entering patient information history and other healthcare information needed by the user.

Summary the Application is requested by the Head of the Pharmacy Dept. to archive paper receipt of dispensed medicine to the patients by the pharmacist. The task is to archive all receipt link to the patient unique identification number to track and eliminate duplicate request by the patients. The application creates a daily tracker file which contains the receipt number dispensed medicine information and patient information. The hardware used is a simple high speed scanner where the staff feeds in the paper and automatically scans and stores the scanned image in the dedicated pharmacy server.
