Stewardship Contracting Information System. Tracked IDIQ contract activity within BLM. Originally built with MS Access then re-designed with Lotus Domino 6.54 this secure multi-functional web-based application was integrated with a SQL Server back-end database. HTML JavaScript LotusScript and Cascading Style Sheets were used to add functionality to the website e.g. on-demand real-time reporting .

Correspondence Tracking Database. Developed with MS Access 2007 this multi-user application used authentication and a secure shared folder to control user access and allowed users to track and route correspondence coming into the Director s office. Functionality was added using Access 2007 Designer and VBA. Primarily used within the Washington Office this application was also implemented in the Idaho and Utah State Offices.

ADR/Collaborative Activities Database. Allowed users to submit and view survey responses on ADR/Collaborative Activities throughout BLM. This Lotus Notes/Domino web-enabled application was integrated with a back-end SQL Server database forced user authentication generated on-demand reports enabled simple and complex searches and used Cascading Style Sheets to provide menu-based navigation. JavaScript was used for field validation context-sensitive help and simple/complex searches. LotusScript was used to provide additional functionality to the application.

Regulations Comment System. This Lotus Notes/Domino application allowed the public to view and comment on new and proposed changes to existing BLM and Bureau of Indian Affairs regulations. JavaScript was used for field validation context-sensitive help and simple/complex searches. LotusScript was used to provide additional functionality to the application. These improvements resulted in increased efficiency for administrative staff and significant cost savings for the customer.
