Established senior developer experienced in all aspects of development process lifecycle. Proven experience building e-commerce, procurement, finance and mobile apps.

• Routinely manage, lead and mentor project teams combined with contractors and regular employees. Perform code reviews and enforce OWASP best practices for security and optimization for .Net 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 applications.
• Build custom prototypes and design platform models for presentations using Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010, .NET 2.0, 3.5, 4.0 with VB and C object oriented programming languages as lead architect.

• Developed and designed enterprise electronic payment system ePay using XML based Web Services for dynamic multi-API payment processing maximizing business ability to make e-commerce online transactions through a one-stop-shop component by sending SOAP XML transmissions to and from different payment vendors using .Net 2.0, 4.0 frameworks with C .
• Developed and designed WCF Service for multi-Element JSON data using .Net 4.0 and LINQ. Service is consumed by mobile application Ajax calls and external partners. Service is made available from route table end points. Service is secured via SSL for both cross-domain and same domain calls. Service was designed using fa ade style programming for additional security.
• Created incident based mobile app for fire department agency. Used Sencha Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, Ruby and CSS3 technologies via Sencha Architect to code the app. App was coded using the MVC architectural pattern. App allows users to view fire incidents within the county. App integrates Microsoft AD for login. App displays map markers of the incidents and units including detailed information about units responding via Google API.
• Developed C method that connects and pulls XML data from SharePoint lists/libraries site collections using C .Net 4.0. Formatted data to JSON for mobile application.
• Built ground water billing system using C .Net 4.0 with SQL Server 2008 as the database. Migrated 20 years of data into SQL Server and normalized database for optimization for very large database system. Gathered requirements and supervised specification analysis during team meetings. System generates water bills using complex acre foot formulas for water pumping and extraction. System includes dashboard notifications, credit tracking and full reporting using Crystal Reports.
• Created standard login module for security of web applications. Allowing easy integration to Active Directory AD via lookup against Microsoft Directory Services using C .Net 4.0.
• Redesigned and built Courts traffic ticket payment web system using C .Net 4.0. System allows citizens to make payments online securely via SSL or request for extensions per California laws. Wrote optimized query look ups for large datasets for docket information.
• Implemented JQuery autocomplete search feature for numerous applications using both Web Services and HTTP Handler via Ajax calls.

• Supported Finance IT and Accounting Operations departments as Subject Matter Expert for two enterprise applications using both Java J2EE and Microsoft ASP technologies. Worked closely with business partners for requirements and assisted in prioritization of defects and enhancements.
• Supported and enhanced expense application using Classic ASP. System provided reporting for personnel expense tracking and generated flat files for PeopleSoft interface.
