  • Responsible for maintaining and modifying a SDK that is used for Identification and Verification. The core SDK is multi-threaded and written in C++.Created an ATL/COM wrapper to use with Windows.
  • Created a Java Bean and a JNI wrapper for the SDK so that Java developers can use the SDK.
  • Ported the SDK to AIX 64 bit system, creating a C library for use on AIX systems.
  • Maintained SDK versions and sample apps for the Pocket PC. (C#, VB.NET, MFC, eMbeddedVB).

This system uses Identification Verification technology to gather Customer information and track Customer usage. This software was built as a multi-tier application and is a network product. The front end was built using VB 6 and the business logic and security modules were built using C++ and ATL. The application ships with MSDE but is set up to alternately use a SQL server database for data storage and retrieval. The reporting sub system was built using Crystal Reports and the installation was authored using Installshield.
