SUMMARY:

For the last 15 years I have had the privilege to work on some of the most amazing projects ranging from one page websites to predictive analytics.
I recently received my MCSA and MCSE in Business Intelligence from Microsoft which has helped advance my skillset in directions I never anticipated.
I am currently wrapping up a Confidential project for Confidential which has the sole purpose of attempting to predict student behavior years in advance.
We are working on delivering actionable dashboards to our teachers so they can make educated decisions based on data as well as their instincts.
I have recently helped co - found Confidential as a non-profit organization intended to catalog and categorize video games in complete detail.
We hope to become a hybrid between IMDb and Wikipedia and have already grown into the third largest online repository of video games.

Senior NetSQL Developer

Responsibilities:

As a NetSQL developer I have been tasked with creating a full scale data warehouse that brings all state and local testing into one environment.
Once complete actionable dashboards will be created from our data warehouse that will help teachers up to district leaders make better, more educated, data driven decisions about our children.

Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

As a senior software engineer I was responsible for a variety of systems and databases ranging in technology from Classic ASP, to PHP, to Java, to C# and VB.
Several applications were written using the Microsoft MVC Framework.
One notable MVC project was an application that allowed clients to display a rotating point of sale ads across various televisions within their dealerships.
Client websites were created and maintained using Wordpress and Silverstripe.
I was also responsible for creating an online magazine management system that allowed clients to create and maintain advertisement pages online which then translated into Adobe InDesign via a complex XML translation process.

IT Project Manager and Junior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

I ensured that all newly contracted partners and clients receive the product they expect.
I work with a team of 4 developers to ensure our product meets and exceeds expectations as well as manage any technical issues that may arise after implementation.
While projects were scarce I assisted various senior developers on projects and implementations that required additional attention.
The language of choice was VB.net with some C# applications and C# console applications running in the background.

Lead Desktop Engineer and Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

I was directly responsible for a network of over 8500 computers across the country.
Six locations throughout the United States were direct reports to me along with 5 direct report desktop engineers.
Primary responsibilities included ensuring the smooth operation of each location, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as budget management for all locations.
As a software engineer I was tasked with automating various reports ranging from DHCP to computer management tasks.
All automating was done using C#.NET and ranged from console applications to various desktop applications.
In addition, I was tasked with writing an application that ensured all required software was installed on each computer when it was rebooted. If the required software was not found it would locate the installer package on a network share and install it before making it available for use.
