• I am responsible for the development and maintenance of MyDocket, a Microsoft Outlook extension that measures engagement and analytics about emails, and its content.
• The plugin is largely developed in C#/.NET (mainly for GUI / Winforms ) mixed with some occasional low - level Win32/COM routines, and communicates via web services to a Python based REST API.
