I have developed an entertainment service to allow a user to access the raspberry pi using the PI IP address and subnet for the service, to cy wish to watch.
The server also provided utilities written in a bash script in case there was a need for troubleshooting such as rebooting the WIFI chip or rebooting the pi itself.
