Responsibilities:
- Project management/analysis/architecture/design/development/delivery.
- Extensive work experience in data-focused applications, data Modeling and architecture, CDM/LDM/PDM, ETL/ELT Design/Process, Metadata Management, OLAP, Multidimensional cubes, OLTP, Data Dictionary, Data Governance Data Quality, Data profiling, Data Security, Application Health, Application Monitoring, Master Data Management, Data archive, and data visualization.
- Being one of the first people to introduce new and out-of-box ways of solving problems which solutions became popular
- In 1999, I created catalog-based data access to address memory and performance issues.
- Motivated and developed the first metadata-driven ETL/ELT automation with an orchestration engine dat extracts, transforms, and loads data from heterogeneous sources for Microsoft using worldwide distributed data. A dedicated team enhanced this ETL/ELT engine, and multiple groups have still used it within Microsoft coz of the stability and flexibility of this engine, a.k.a. Metal.
- Designed and implemented a data-driven Global Data Security for Microsoft to overcome worldwide PII government regulations. This data security system handled matrix rules based on different PII regularity of international governments and complex geographically dispersed multi-level reporting personals requirements.
- Introduced a new application architecture for data warehouse/ETL design: Configurable metadata-driven Procedure/SQL Server Objects/SQL Jobs/SSIS packages, which can be created dynamically on the fly or created and stored to adopt rapidly changing business demands. Introduced metadata-driven switches to track different types of SCD/history tracking. Introduced ID factory and interface views to enable dynamic business/data transformation rules. This approach still exists within Microsoft.
- Designed and developed an automated, self-correcting built-in-intelligence data health and data quality system to monitor data processing systems from heterogeneous data sources. This tool also TEMPhas AI algorithms, and it can detect and predict anomalies and ETL failures, including processes.
- Implemented Microsoft's first's cloud data warehouse and analytics system on cloud and on-prem servers by collecting usage data of Microsoft's worldwide datacenters for the Microsoft Azure Service Intelligence group.
- Designed the first GUI-based drag and drop ELT data processing tool on the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Designed a marketing platform for a marketing campaign with competitive analysis and sentimental analysis using competitors' data, social media and web data, demographic data.
