  • Created a utility using standard .NET Framework libraries that generates MS Excel documents with SpreadsheetML from datasets. This utility functions without the requirement of MS Office being installed on server machines.
  • Designed and developed a HUD Extension Request Application (HUDEX) for HUD Form 50012. An ASP.NET application, it collected information from processors to create a print/fax ready form for HUD. The application tracked HUD’s responses to the requests, provided trending information to other internal business units, and exposed data integration points to other internal business applications.
  • Developed an Original Document Request Scheduler that allowed the Foreclosure team to request the legal documents necessary to meet
    federal and state guidelines for property foreclosure. Calling upon data from an MS SQL Server, the .NET Windows Forms interacted with custom written class libraries that encapsulated the rules engine logic. The rules engine would develop the lists of qualifying loans and make the information available to a 3rd party documents warehousing vendor via FTP.
