.Net Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

The .Net Technical Lead will direct a team of developers in implementing a front end customer facing website.
The Technical Lead should be familiar with all aspects of web development - requirements gathering and documentation, software development, execution, on-going support and maintenance.
The project uses Microsoft technologies (namely VS 2010, .Net Framework 3.5, SQL 2008, Web Services (WCF).
Among your many attributes, we are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable to have direct interaction with the customers, analyze the business need and convert into software specs.
You will be working closely with a cross-functional team on this high visibility project.
You will be sending the specs to offshore developers and will be accountable for the delivery.
