Maxfly Aviation was one of the top three Executive Business Jet brokerages in the country during this time period. I maintained their Novell LAN and developed database driven applications that were the core of their business. Basically, our database tracked every business jet aircraft in the world. By tracking I mean that researchers called the owners and chief pilots on a monthly basis to get updated information about their jets condition and whether it might be for sale. This information was entered into the database that I helped develop and maintain. After starting with Maxfly, I extended the capabilities of this database application extensively. I also created an elaborate system that tied multiple applications together, by the press of the key. Keep in mind this was before Windows.

  • Additional information - My latest .NET projects.
  • My latest project is located at
  • I started this project to fill a need I had and as a test-bed to master MVC/Jquery/HTML 5 technologies. The product allows you to navigate video using the text contained with-in it.
  • This idea came out of realizing how much time was wasted when watching online tutorials. I wanted a wanted to have the ability to get to parts of the video I was interested in quickly based on text.

Previous Projects

  • I have developed detailed understanding and experience with the .NET framework, ASP.NET, C VB.NET over the past 10 years. This is built on the 30 years of coding in C, C, Basic, COBOL, Pascal, LISP, Prolog, Assembly and many other languages.
  • Beyond Syntax and the API, I have designed innovative solutions to well know problems such as making dynamic sites that are search engine friendly.
  • One of my previous personal projects was a complete web based portal framework written in C . Basically DotNetNuke, but better. The main feature of this framework is that it is search engine friendly. It does not query string parameters. Basically the URL structure looks like. These directories actually don't exist the request is captured by the global.asax which does a conversion and a context rewrite out to the main page. This way the main page has parameters to work with but the search engines or any other external sources see this as real page and a real directory structure.
  • This is only one of the features that I have not found to exist in any other solution. One other significant feature is that the entire portal view can be configured just by changing the URL's Directory structure . Unlike other sites including my previous sites that use querystring parameters to perform conditional logic. These directory parameters represent web controls .ascx files that are loaded in the appropriate table cell on the page. This way reconfiguring a portal is only a matter of a different URL or Bookmark
  • Another project is a complete content management solution with full support of multimedia. One routine will allow you to upload a zip file of images it will unzip, resize, watermark, copy and add to the database where you can then classify them. You can process thousands of photos in minutes all from a web interface. Even the navigation is self generating depending on how you classify them.
  • These are just a few examples of dozens that I have designed and developed. Demonstrations are available.

We'd love your feedback!
