  • Monitor systems on the Ops console throughout the shift, report all problems, and escalate as needed to the Duty Manager. Follow up with any questions/problems from shift turnover to respective IS or company personnel.
  • Reprint any reports for the Users.
  • Open User Track - It (5.0 and 6.5) Work Orders pertaining to Users or Operations, and assign to Assigned or On-Call Technician, close work order with resolution when directed by technician.
  • Record all system interruptions in the System Interruption Log, report all shift activity, problems, issues, including scheduled and unscheduled downtime in the Ops Turnover Log.
