  • Developed windows services to monitor existing applications in case of failure and send notifications to the support staff. The application was developed using VB .NET.
  • Created queuing solutions for online interfaces to ensure that the flow of information from Clarify CRM to SAP systems does not get out of sync in case of SAP system is unavailable or down for maintenance. The solution detects if ERP system is down and queues the messages until the SAP system becomes available and play the failed messages back to the system. The solution was implemented by making modifications to the existing programs and by creating a scheduled job (VBSCRIPT) to process exceptions file at desired time interval.
