- Designed and developed Applicant Management Systemthat assisted potential candidates in finding open positions within the company that met their individual needs, allowed them to apply for the position, and alerted the recruiting team to the new applicant. The system reported on various aspects of the recruiting process, including dashboards, that tracked various metrics including applicant origination, popular position types, applicant regions and other important internal metrics. The system utilized a VB.NET application that interfaced with Bullhorn.Com’s SOAP API to accept, manage, track and internalize all corporate applicants. The environment consisted of VB.NET, SQL Server 2005, Web Services, VS 2008.
- Designed and developed a Hospital Metric Tracking Systemthat automated the input and reporting of various metrics considered important by the management team at a large number of rehab hospitals. The form originated on an Excel spreadsheet being emailed to over 100 hospitals, and ended with the creation of an input form and a series of reports and dashboards automatically delivered to a variable number of members of the management team. The system utilizes C# 3.5, SQL Server 2005, JavaScript, CSS, Web Services, SSRS, VS 2008/ 2005.
- Designed and developed the entire HealthPRO reporting structure, including management reports, customer reports, and a mix of the two. Metrics are automatically gathered and calculated from a series of end-user applications, and warehoused in a SQL Server 2005 database. Daily reports and dashboards are automatically delivered to management, customers and various personnel via email to blackberries and laptops, allowing instantaneous consumption of information and accurate decision making. The system utilizes C# 3.5, SQL Server 2005, Web Services, XML/XSLT to transfer data from one system to another, SSIS to integrate the data into the data warehouse, SSRS to generate the PDF reports.
- Designed and developed HealthPRO’s internal corporate Intranet, including access management systems, user management systems, data security systems, and asset management systems. All applications were designed to be quick-loading, and easy-to-use. These application suites allowed for quick and easy management of who had access to what information, and tracking of where information had originated and to whom it had been disseminated. All applications were written in ported from Adobe ColdFusion to C#, SQL Server 2005, heavily utilized Web Services, SQL Stored Procedures and UDFs for database interactions, SSRS for report generation, Telerik AJAX Components for UI elements, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, XML and VS 2008/ 2010.
- Designed and created the data warehouse DB in MS SQL Server 2005 to migrate the corporate data from MySQL 3.5 to SQL Server. Created the schema design in Datanamic Dezign for Databases, and utilized SQL scripts to generate the schema in MS SQL Server. Migrated years of data, totaling millions of records, from MySQL to MS SQL Server 2005 using SSIS 2005 and SQL scripts.
- Wrote all of the HealthPRO applications in Adobe (then Macromedia, originally Allaire) ColdFusion, maintained and upgraded from version 4.0 through version 7. The schema was designed to house the data from a relatively large number of facilities spread out across the Northeast, and to allow for data mining and centralized reporting to a dynamic group of report recipients, depending on the data contained in the report and the facility from which it originated.
