Responsibilities:

  • 1 of 4 employees responsible for monitoring, updating and implementing all mission sensitive systems for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and other key government agencies.
  • As a team member, designing, modifying, programming, testing, implementing and maintaining a complex business application consisting of over 50 programs with accompanying JCL. As a systems programmer, I determining how the system should be organized, what equipment demands would result, the number and kinds of records, files and documents necessary, and other procedures to be implemented.
  • Upon decision to automate, as a team member, identified the specific data elements to be used, develop the programs, layouts, sequences and the inter-relationships between internal logic and external functions.
