Provide support for the Group Plus application, resolve functional issues and system support functions.
Develop/manage data interfaces from universities and providers EDI data feeds to claim processing systems.
Design and develop the new claims extract programs from Group plus application requested by different universities.
Support data migration activities from existing claim process to new web based application.
