Worked with customers BES enhancements I was responsible for, such as improvements with LDAP lookups and bindings, DNS service record lookups, Kerberos authentication and GUID lookups to use resource domains in BES 5.0.1 In the following release of BES 5.0.2 I was instrumental in architecture and launched single sign on for BES and for MDS/CS so handhelds could access corporate data securely with no credentials needed. This was implemented having BES leverage the s4u2proxy in AD. Also architected BES to become a metadirectory replication partner with AD, so we could unify one management interface for onboarding and off boarding. This robust feature set is scheduled to be released in the next major BES version and will be a read only replication partner making BES and equivalent of a read only DC
- Come up with new ideas to have BlackBerry products work in customer complex AD and Email environments more efficiently by evaluating those environments and create a migration roadmap to the cloud. Led effort for BES in the cloud migrating email from Exchange 2007; to on-prem Exchange 2010, to Office 365.
