A new monthly reporting and administration module, the HMBS Reporting and Administration (HRA) application was developed and implemented as part of Ginnie Mae’s Web Services System to support the HMBS for monthly pool reporting and administration. HRA supports data collection, pool administration and HMBS post settlement accounting and reporting. This new type of mortgage-backed security securitizes reverse mortgages insured under Federal Housing Administration(FHA).

Description:

Galvanon Medikiosk : Appointments can be presented on the kiosk to allow patients to confirm scheduled appointment(s) and to check-in. Patients at check-out can use the kiosk to schedule future appointments. Consent Forms allow organizations to present various consent and HIPAA forms. Patients can read the information and sign the forms using an electronic signature pad at the kiosk. Co-Pay Collections allows patients to use a credit card to pay their co-payments at the kiosk. In addition, the kiosk can also present and request payment for patients' outstanding balances.

Customer-Notifiers: Once a patient comes to the facility they will be given the opportunity to select their preferred form of notification for reminders. Options are email, text, or phone. When the appointment is confirmed, an email is immediately sent to the patient using the address obtained at the time of scheduling. If the patient indicates that the demographic information is incorrect they are bound to receive a demographic update email. There are different kinds of reminder frequencies. Appointment Confirmation, 24 hours prior to the appointment, 30 Minutes prior to the appointment, Later Reminder, Cancellation, Demographic Update.

Room Assignment: The hospital has different coaches which might be occupied by a patient with the physician. Hence room availability functionality guides the staff members of the hospital to identify the free coaches and allocate them to the patients. Description:

Pre-Registration:

Patient is allowed to check-in online prior to the service date. In pre-registration he/she can view or update demographic information, NOPP and Terms & Conditions. Pre-registration for appointment will reduce the wait time on the day of service. Registration staff will process the information when an online registration is received. This ensures important information about patients is accurate and up-to-date.

Request for an Appointment:

Patients can request through online for an appointment. Appointment requests must be made at least 2 business days out. Patient will fill the required information such as Insurance company name, contact person details, preferred time of contact, preferred date of appointment, provider name etc. Patients will receive email confirmations for their appointment requests.

New Member Enrollment:

To access the online pre-registration service options, patients need to login using their established login information. If patient is not already a member they can register. Login information will be emailed to the patients who enrolled online.

Personal & Medical Health History:

Patient will be asked with set of question related to his/her personal health history. These can be viewed or modified in later pre-registrations by patient. These will be helpful at the time of service.

This scheduling portal for Confidential will set up an appointment. Customers will choose Schedule a new appointment or they can login using existing appointment details such as email address or confirmation number and can update their appointment details or can cancel the appointment. While scheduling an appointment, customer has to select an Appointment Location details, Discussion Topic details, Day & Time of the appointment and Provide Contact Information.

Pay Bills Online: https://billpay.floridahospital.org/

Patients can pay the bills online using Florida Bill Pay portal through Credit Card or Check. Patients have to be positively authenticated to view accounts information or to pay bills. Patients will choose the amount to pay and patient can pay for multiple accounts. Patient can view the details of every visit account and amount has to be paid for each account. Other features of bill pay are View Payment History, View My Statements, and Payment Receipt.

  • Payment Manager: Patients can pay the bills for their accounts using the Payment Manger module of CVME server. Hospital staff use the Payment manager to help patients will pay bills for accounts. The possible payments are Credit Card Payment, Check Payment, Multiple Payments and Recurring Payments. Patients will have option to choose the required payment type. Staff will have the provision to Issue Credit or Issue Void to the payments done. For every payment, an activity will be created which shows all the details of payment such as transaction id, amount paid, account number, type of payment etc. CVM will send Authorized Transactions to Sage. Sage will file all Settled Transactions. Settled Transactions will be sent to NCR DB. Outbound interface will send outbound file to Suncare and Suncare will post amounts to accounts.
  • Member Manager: Member manager will be presented with members / patients having appointment for the current date. Search facility is provided to search the members based on any of the following fields: MRN, Last Name, First Name, Gender, Data of birth, SSN, City, State, and Zip Code etc.,. Different types of links will be available in member manager.
  • Activity Monitor: The Activity Monitor screen appears with the lists of today's appointment activities completed through kiosk check- in process. The flags of the activity grid have been changed to grey if you have not answered, green if you accepted, and red if you have not accepted the information, yellow/orange if you have updated and blue if you have updated or posted. Activity Monitor will have different tabs based on the client requirement.
  • Medikiosk for Florida Celebrations: Positive Patient Identification, Scheduled Patient, Walk-in patient, Brand new patient, Demographics confirmation and confirmation of other member details i.e., Guarantor, Insurance and so on... Consent Forms and Patient Experience Survey.
  • Medikiosk E-Signature: Patient will sign the required medical forms on the service date. Hospital medical forms will be shown and patient will select the applicable forms and sign.
  • Recurring Payments Service: This windows service utility will process recurring payments done through Payment Manger of CVME Server.
