PoC results identified several hundred replicates/previous claimants with savings in $5+ millions

  • Due to deregulation, Confidential was in a different market situation and was rapidly losing market share (35% of Confidential revenue was power generation, transmission, and distribution). My Charter was to provide an overall architecture for a suite of applications that allowed Confidential to market its products as an outsourced service to utilities. This included a comprehensive suite of applications & architecture for a comprehensive set of ERP class of applications.
