The module of order processing include details of item i.e. name, description, unit of measurement, rate, destination, date, qty required, customer information, challan preparation, sales invoice. In phase two sales monitoring include target set-up, comparison between the target set and achieved, performance of every salesman, follow-ups etc. This project also undertook the maintenance and service of the same as well as other modules. The maintenance consisted of patching, extension and report generation.
