  • Architected a VSTS and CRM 2011 Developer Toolkit integrated CRM Solution management process for an enterprise Dynamics CRM 2011 implementation that included an offshore and onshore development team. The design significantly reduced the collaboration time between offshore and onshore teams.
  • Collaborated with the CRM 2011 Developer Toolkit developer team to undercover bugs in the toolkit that were later fixed and eventually incorporated into the Dynamics CRM 2011 SDK.
  • Presented the design and POC to the 15 member developer team for sign off.
  • Lead CRM developer responsible for building a replacement for one of the Siebel assets, a key asset (Siebel Answers) that allowed for the Siebel Shutdown Initiative to be successful.

  • Architected a BizTalk 2006 system to integrate with Puget Sound Energy’s SAP, Outage Management, Customer Service and Distribution Management systems, automating the process of message transfer and notification to appropriate call center representatives.
  • Design features included an Endpoint Manager Design Pattern for each external system, a Retry Design Pattern to facilitate configurable exception management. All message transmissions through SOAP.
  • Hosted weekly architecture review sessions to a 30 person governance board for approval and signoff.

  • As one of the developers on a large MCS engagement I was responsible for designing and implementing a custom MS CRM 3.0 callout-based infrastructure to support Corbis’s sales motion for all customer segments.
