Resolved issues such as offer set up, customer unable to redeem offer or points, unable to access Safeway website and customer unable to apply for Safeway Clubcard. On Business side; unable to get offers from the Vendor, Unable to modify offer, offer details is not sync on vendor and Safeway system, and unable to push offers to Production.
