Responsibilities:

• Wrote Java agents utilizing the Notes Java API and JDBC for use within Notes/Domino applications

• Created Technical Service Call Report database for Technical Service group (40 persons) to store and track call reports and create sales orders.
• Call Report database is integrated with a Parts Master database and and eSales database (CRM).
