- Projects consisted of developing in the Ellucian Banner ERP System Student Module, making changes to the Oracle DB via SQL scripts, and updating and creating new code based on requirements from projects.

Responsibilities:
- Worked on tasks based on Projects and Incoming Support Tickets.
- Projects consisted of developing in Guidewire using Java and Gosu Code, making changes to the Oracle DB via SQL scripts, and updating and creating new code based on requirements from projects.
- While I worked at Accident Fund I also participated in a 2 month Guidewire Configuration Developer training that allowed me to become very familiar with ClaimCenter from a configuration aspect.
- All the work was done using the SDLC and Agile life-cycles to do requirement analysis, application debugging and coding, unit testing, production support, helping with release management, and document generation support.
- The work also allowed me to become the SME for Cast Iron Support on my team, which involved using Cast Iron Studio to debug application problems, make necessary code changes, keeping documentation up to date, answering questions from my co-workers related to Cast Iron, and making sure that the daily support of the application was done correctly by the Application Support Team.
