Fully developed and manage a Health Level 7 EMR Interface Hub for the company’s laboratories and healthcare providers. This multithreaded Interface Hub which I maintain on AWS accepts customer orders, test results from our labs, formats lab results depending on the designated recipient and securely delivers lab results.
Also developed a fully functional Help Desk IT ticket entry and tracking system, including assignment, resolution, notifications and administrative reporting with interactive charts and graphs.
