Led a US team and offshore (China and India) developers to architect and bring-up Android 1.5 and 1.6 Ported Android and Linux for ARM and numerous driver ports. Used Marvell eXtreme Debugger JTAG on Zylonite and Littleton reference boards to test. Made GPIO changes and NAND flash drivers to the blob bootloader to flash the Smartphone. Made kernel changes and integrated drivers for flash, LCD, touchscreen, (ALSA) audio, WiFi, RIL and many Android interface layer changes. Custom udev rules for usb subsystem pluggable devices.
