  • Lead the design and development of Confidential 's most widely-used web application, providing both employees and external agents the ability to search and view the contents of Confidential 's Commercial Document Archive. The application was one of the organization's first Web 2.0 apps.
  • Designed and developed numerous message-driven and web services, which allowed both internal applications and external Agency Management Systems to integrate with critical data and functionality from Confidential 's Print Services Group.
  • Lead Developer in Confidential ’s Integration Competency Center (ICC), a team dedicated to the swift orchestration of reusable services for use across the enterprise. Responsible for the development of mission-critical web service components for the booking of claims transactions for the Small Commercial Auto line of business.

  • Responsible for the development, enhancement and maintenance of the corporate customer information database. Responsible for the development of multiple user interfaces to integrate with various commercial lines risk-analysis and policy processing applications. The application was an early example of multi-tier architecture.
