  • Automate Settlement Workflow (ASW) targets towards automating activities of Confidential ’s payment settlement process.
  • Under this engagement we developed new features for existing ASW setup such as Interbank credit settlement, Variance settlement etc. Prior to this, settlement tasks were time consuming and would require lot of manual resolution effort to resolve.
  • All related tasks were automated as part of this release and was integrated with the Primary system (SAM). Post implementation a user can now resolve almost 1000 cases smartly in short duration
