- Principal architect/designer for call control services platform which serviced advanced initial call sessions and mid-call services. Responsible for requirements, design, sizing, implementation and working with verification. Services bridged enterprise functionality with carrier based mobile devices.
- Call control services are some of the more complex software systems. These systems are under stringent real time constraints, minimal memory footprints and garbage collection requirements. The environment involves managing concurrent services which combine aspects of data driven and stateful transitions in event driven sessions.
- This service platform provided the environment for call topology manipulation such as initiating, bridging, releasing, and attaching calls. Services often include simultaneously managing offboard real time resources such as presence and voicemail servers and media gateways. Services included moving a call seamlessly from cellular to a desk phone and vice-versa, handoff between cellular based call to a WiFi based call on the same mobile phone handset, Caller ID manipulation for single number presentation and law enforcement, Conference, Transfer, Consultative Calls, Voicemail, Voicemail Notification.

Persistent database work (data schema and white box framework) and GUI front ends as well as mass import provisioning schemes. This work was for both the North American and European (and other non-NA) markets. The platform was a distributed SCP with centralized provisioning supporting both native GUIs and an OSS interface over RMI.

- Call processing and switch control design on Bellcore compliant IXC switching platform.
