EXPERIENCE:
Confidential
Software DeveloperResponsibilities:
- Mice gene expression was analyzed through the use of Python, and RStudio to predict HIV peptidyl vaccine candidate.
- Using position specific scoring matrices (PSSM) of relevant epitopes, this study combines the research of previous in vivo research to analyze expression changes between the Confidential - II isoforms. Binding Affinity was then examined to identify the strongest target for each HIV-1 peptide, which was then multiplied by the PSSM epitope score.
- This value was then multiplied by the expression level of the Confidential -II isoform of the highest affinity of the immunosenescent mice to account for the aging of the immune system.
- This represented the grand total score, and therefore the strongest peptidyl vaccine in the HIV-1 genome.

Software DeveloperResponsibilities:
- Analysis of male breast cancer and gynocomastia patients was performed through RStudio to look at correlation of gene expression among patients.
- Heatmap was then created to visualize gene expression
