• Serving as a Functional Architect in the development of an automation project. Served to design and architect the auditing and software stream building process. Reduced stream errors from 33% to less than 2%. Using an MVC design and ASP.Net, architected a wizard-like information flow for Confidential ’s television Set Top Box software delivery from development through Satellite delivery. Trained a team consisted of 8 people in C#.
• Original design entailed the use of a Mean Stack whereby UI information is collected on each screen and pushed as an array of JSON data to a Mongo DB via Node.js. However, due to management investment in recent Automation tools, design was changed to interface with the suite of Dev Ops/RA tools. Design/Architecture switch to include the use of REST calls between User Interface and Computer Associates Automation tools via C#, and storing information into a future 2016 SQL Server database which is JSON compliant.
• Key artifacts for the client: Business Rules, Detailed design documents, wireframe layouts, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, software estimates and software risk assessments, and prototypes also interfaced with Splunk and JIRA systems for data extraction via Events and REST Service calls. Hired to create a complex NERC compliant interface which takes CAD files, converts them to XML, stores them in an Oracle database, performs analysis and sends new XML via A SOAP and REST message format to an Enterprise Service Bus. System was written with a combination of FME and Java. Xcel had been trying to make this work for a few years; in less than a single year design was solidified, and system implemented and tested. System will allow Transmission Engineers to submit CAD models with GIS assets and attributes and have the information distributed to various databases within Xcel infrastructure; Technologies use: Java, WebSphere, SOAP, Hibernate, Linux virtual machines, application support. My team of ten (10) to include off shore teams in Malaysia, India, and the Philippine Islands.

Terry developed two different multi-threaded applications revolving around support for Mission Planning for the Air Force. The first application, translates mission-planning routes to differing formats used by both manned and unmanned operations. The second application performs the role of a proxy client to a secure File repository. The repository is similar to Drop Box, and the proxy downloads information automatically from the repository for all workstation users. The effort involved the use of VS 2013, TFS 2013, UML diagrams, and Agile. Used C#, .Net 4.5, Unit Test, and Re-shaper, as well as WPF and REST Web services to accomplish goal. Architected a Health care system whereby, Bluetooth sensors will be attached to persons on Obama Care high risk individual’s initially first step into Internet of Things (IOT). The system delivers body readings from the Bluetooth device and relays through their cellular phone. The readings are relayed to a back-end system, which performs analysis on the ‘vitals through body sensors. Should a person be undergoing trauma (such as a heart attack), Intrado’s 911 Dispatch service will AutoRoute ambulatory resources directly to a patient without the need for a call. Same system can be used for bonus health points with insurance coverage.
