Managed the AWS environment of a web-based application for the Logan Square Neighborhood Association which enables residents to report abandoned properties and their condition back to the LSNA. I worked with one back-end developer and one front end developer. Active Directory Project Lead: Managed Active Directory domain refresh project which entailed replacing physical servers with VMware virtual servers based on my recommendation, out of warranty physical servers with new HP servers, and upgrading domains in a multi-domain forest. Worked with network team to correct any site/subnet issues in AD.
In addition to the above roles, I provided 3rd level support for Exchange, general SMTP flow, Active Directory, IIS, Group Policy, Windows Server (2003, 2008), and SCCM/SCOM as well as 1st and 2nd level support for VMware (ESX, ESXi v4.0 and 4.1).
