• Designed & developed retail CRM solution that competed directly with Confidential solution. • Confidential/Confidential.com - Designed & developed new Integrated Order Processing Service (IOPS) to replace existing temporary interface. New design allowed for heterogeneous connections/orders independent of the client interface to be placed through the use of XML as a messaging API and secure HTTP as the transport. With this interface, all Confidential divisions were able to integrate with an existing Order Fulfillment Service without having to Ieam its underlying complexities and still utilize their existing platform technologies. Technologies used were XML, Java Servlets, JNI and C.
