Responsibilities:

  • Team lead for a five-man Java development crew (including myself).
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java JEE web applications that support various functions performed by the Texas Comptroller Fiscal Management division:
  • Receive and document project requests from various business units.
  • Create an ‘Application Change Request’ in the HP Quality Center project tracking tool. Update the ACR entry regularly for project status tracking.
  • Create high level ‘business needs’ document and present the project request to the steering committee for approval.
