Map You're Life- Application built using Foursquare API and Google Geocoder API to locate nearby restaurants or locations of interest given a specific address. My contribution was as the backend developer and incorporating correct AJAX calls and firebase functionality. Technologies used- AJAX, Firebase, HTML/CSS.
Yum-YumRecipes- Application built using Spoonacular API to find recipes, add you're own recipes, and create a shoppig list. My contribution was as the database architect, backend developer, and UI. I parsed through the data from Spoonacular API and converted it into a MySQL table to be used to fetch recipe data. Technologies used- Node.js, MySQL, Sequelize, jQuery, and Express.
uGate- A cross-currency gateway built on the Ripple API, which is a cross-currency consensus validation ledger, which in turn lowers the total cost of settlement by enabling banks to transact directly, instantly, and wif certainty of settlement. My contribution was a principal frontend developer. I created the components and connected them using React-Router as well as form validation. Technologies used- Node, Express, MongoDB, React, React-Router, bcrypt, JSON web token
