Supply Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

A subsidiary of Deere and Company, Confidential is a manufacturer of electronics for ruggedized environments. It is located in Fargo with an employee base of approximately 1000 with sister locations in Mexico and India. It is the role of Supply Management to maintain relationships and quality standards with suppliers. In my role as a Supply Management Specialist, I execute the following tasks:
Efficiency Improvement: Write Excel Visual Basic macros for report and Outlook automation;
Reports: Generation, analysis, and publication of reports for United States and Mexico locations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency;
Training: Train new hires on software systems including Excel, Macros, Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning (Vantage), Product Lifecycle Management (Agile), and company-built software (John Deere Supply Network (JDSN));
Auditing: Internal control of data entry to ensure accuracy in parts and supplier databases.
