A comprehensive J2EE based batch architecture is defined which uses IBM Tivoli for scheduled jobs. The Document production has been done by Document production System DPS for document generation. The document management has been done by DMS Document management system to archive/retrieve/print the forms from the Mercury-Guidewire system. The architecture design for external systems requiring Mercury-Guidewire services is based on components where some of the Mercury-Guidewire service is exposed to the external systems such as Ezylinks Multirater Mtichell System etc through web services and message queues.

Project Description

The E-Order Entry system is core module of the CAS-AVM Client Acquisition System Application Value Management which is a web based system that will enable the user to enter all the data from the application in to the system. It is referred to as eOE system.

There is another system called Tracking and Communications T C. Also known as BESTPLUS which keeps track of all the applications entered in EOE. All the transactions will be passed to both CAS for underwriting system and T C for feed display of policy information .
