• Designed integration strategies and techniques for a major DoD migration for moving MTF (Military Treatment Facilities) from DoD implementation to ESI/BPEL/Mulesoft/Mainframe infrastructure. • Chief Architect and Director of Infrastructure for Design, Development, and Implementation for Michigan SACWIS (a specialized ECM solution). Studied and provided proposals for ECM solutions including FileNet, Oracle WebCenter, IBM Mainframe and Open Source Products with the recommendation to remain with supported products, such as Dynatrace, due to the sensitivity of the content and the need for long term continuity while leveraging existing skill base and inter-connectivity. Assist program, project, upper and middle management to understand the architectures of the business solutions encompassing infrastructure, networks, and security.
