Responsibilities:
- Teh objective of dis project is to support debug (troubleshooting) process for repair devices.Faulty devices are scanned and information related to teh device is retrieved using External interfaces (REST APIs).
- Teh faulty device is troubleshooted by connecting wif real time devices and reduce decision making process required from debugger by implementing a decision-making algorithm (Cookbook). dis project succeeded in attaining reduced skill set and time required for ramp up of teh debuggers as teh complete troubleshooting process is automated and requires minimal user interaction.
- Once teh troubleshooting process is done teh fault analysis is performed, identifies teh defect in teh device and decides whether teh faulty piece is to be repaired or replaced. In case of part replacement, a request is placed dynamically for all teh parts that are to be replaced. Teh device is allowed to send to other work centers for repair or scrap.RESPONSIBILITIES
