  • SME for all the engineering and change management requirements for an American multinational consumer goods and healthcare firm.
  • Lead a PLM migration program for a new business acquired by the client involving migration of PLM data from their existing 2013x Enovia system to the 2017x global PLM system. This required extensive data and functional mapping exercises with the business.
  • Worked with business stake holders and IT leadership in developing the PLM roadmap for the upcoming years.
  • Identified significant amount of de-customization opportunities in the application. Simplified the data model and policies which resulted in reduced cost of application maintenance while achieving OOTB alignment.
