Autobytel is a Car Rental and seconds sales service. It has dealers all over US customers for each of the dealer. Each dealer posts customer data in XML format which is processed by a Java process installed and scheduled for every hour. This web-app is used by Autobytel corporate personnel and dealers in US for accessing various kinds of reports like sent mails, delivered, opens, clicks etc. The app delivers the reports to users in a meaningful way even using JFreecharts. Another Java process called, Dealer Email Alerts, is up running to increase the client's business. A mail is delivered to the dealer if a customer under him/her clicks or opens the mail received from eBizmailer.

  • WebDAV stands for Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning . It is a set of extensions to the HTTP protocol which allows users to collaboratively edit and manage files on remote web servers.
  • This is a web-application that is another version of Jakarta Slide Project. This Slide project is taken as the primary stage to start the development of a similar product according to the requirements of CSC. The CSC maintains a document repository which is accessible only to its employees and its clients.
  • CSCWebDAV application helps the end-user/employee to access the repository by just mapping the network drive with the URL of the application, which runs on Tomcat. The application supports Locking, Versioning and Security. The user database is maintained in a LDAP Directory.

Responsibilities: Designed and developed code for versioning the documents. Developed code for mapping network drives in a local system to the document repository.

POET Psychiatric Outcome and Experience Tracking

The POET Project is a new initiative of the Arthur P. Noyes Research Foundation that is working to focus attention on this critical need for systems that can support families, patients and the mental health communities. The dual goals of the POET project are increased effectiveness and individual patient treatment over time, and significant advancement of our knowledge about treatment outcomes based on the unique availability of coordinated data from a large population of individuals with schizophrenia. It is anticipated that over the three phases of the pilot period, approximately 500 individuals will be enrolled in the project.

Responsibilities: Designed and developed dynamic web pages using JSP. Wrote code for Various Action Forms and Action Classes. Configured the Struts-config.xml file and the hibernate.cfg.xml. Mapped the different hbm files to database tables. Wrote Validations using Validator framework and developed code for custom Validations using Regular Expressions and wrote procedures to make a copy of the survey data.
